Exercise Type: Run
Weather: 78, sun sorta out but sorta cloudy at the same time, muggy and humid
Comments:
wasn't feeling good yesterday. you know that feeling where you think your so hungry and weak, but you obviously aren't cauz you at lunch only an hour ago? well if you don't, i basically felt queazy and nausous (sp??).
also got blisters on my heels from the boots i wore yesturday, and band aids really didn't help today - but as i always say, fashion before comfort :p but aww man now i got blood on my socks! not cool!
but feeling fine today. just felt like a really (REALY) slow run today, so thats what did.
was going to do striders but forgot.
ready for alumni race tomorrow!
note: i just realized that my crescent trail runs have probably been a bit longer than i've thought...perhaps an extra .3 of a mile. but whatever....don't feel like fixing it
