Exercise Type: Run
Weather: Low 80's But Humid As Fuck
Comments:
15 minute warmup of the 10 reps of weights then 2 laps in the gym, I skiipped out on most of the weights part and just ran. Most likely got a mile or slightly under/slightly above in. Then went down to the track to do some weird ass step up step down things for 2 minutes then a quarter mile at tempoish pace or so. Was supposed to run the alumni course easy afterwards but I wanted to keep up with Dave so I ran it hard for the first half haha. Then Gene had us do it again but twice this time, tempoed it basically. caught frank on the zig zags and bitched his ass, still pretty shitty time but it'll come I guess. Then did some strange cooldown of 4 laps of walking one section, jogging the next, striding the next and full sprinting the last on the outside of the fence continuously. I wanted to get more mileage so dragged Jordan with me and we went from the school out dudley and back. Felt like shit for that one man.
***When we timed the two lapper for the alumni course we cut out the part on the track the 1st time so when we finished the zigzags we just went straight back to the pole vault pit. Im estimating it to be 2.65, obviously its somewhere close to that***
