Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
+ a tour/run through of Anthony's St. Albans life. Going in circles around the campus, lots of trying to figure out where to go, but lots of stories along the way. Felt bad about the pace, Anthony probably wanted to go a lot faster but from the lack of run yesterday my legs weren't feeling too crispy. Still, nice shake out for tomorrow morning. Excited to see everyone!!!
