With Petro, thought about cross-training but figured that Petro was more beat up from yesterday, so I ran with him, felt both my quad and hip but not as much as expected, heat and ice
Circuit following: 5*{20 Box Jumps, 10 Burpees, 20 Mball abs, 20 Mball sit throw}, easier and shorter than last week, stretch.
