We did 300 meter repeats on this "hill" today. My legs felt pretty drained going into the workout but it wasn't that hard so I was okay when the workout started. Did the first ten with a group of MD guys and Dennis. The recovery was too slow and they weren't going that fast so I joined Maag and Ben White for the last 5. I cut one of them short to catch up to them so I did an extra by myself after. It didn't seem that tough but I was definitely hurting by the end of the workout. It was good. I'm in better anaerobic shape than I had thought. I'm ready for my first race.
