Crippen Hill

Comments:
Felt a lot better on this than last year. It probably helped that we took it slower on the way to the hill but I was feeling pretty good and kept deciding to go farther. Ran with Chris, Drew, Ethan, Caleb, Corey, and Peter for most of this. Went the long way around at the end with Ethan and Chris to get some extra distance since I was still feeling good. This was my longest run so far since March or so. Hopefully I can keep training well without injury. I HAVE to make sure to do my physical therapy lifts and stretches regularly.

Hips, 8x30 abs, light stretching, 25 pushups
