Letting the ankle cool off today. Just biked in carlton. It was so humid in there. I sweat a lot, all the time. Watched some pretty crappy TV and listened to my Ipod. Happy when I was done.

Stretched, ankle drills, and L7 outside. Abby dropped by! Then some bench dips before biking back home. Ice and advil later. Still have doubts on the TT tomorrow. Nothing a conversation with coach cant solve.
