Exercise Type: Elliptical
Comments:
Early morning practice. Xtrained because of ankle. On the otherside of the room because all the bikes were taken. Ellipticaled with Joe. Watched some ESPN. Afterwards, did a few laps around van horn. Ankle felt better, then barefoot striders, which were pretty good.
Stretched, rolled and L7 (going 3 min each for the season, bump up again once track starts) then had a decent meeting.
Talked to Jess after the meeting. She doesnt think that the time trial is a good idea because I only rolled it a few days ago. Ill just tape it and go for a training run this afternoon. I will start up the stricter strength routine, keep an eye on it, and get back into the game! Next thing to look forward to is the fartlek on thurs, then intersquad.
