Comments:
Talked with Jess and Coach. It wasnt a good idea to go because ankle was weak. I dont know how to feel because everyone looked good today, I wish I was there, but I would rather be with everyone at the end of the season in glory. Pretty sure I did a 1 over, 2 warmup, 1 with Ckells, 2 more on track, then 1 back. Paces were everywhere because I was just doing stuff. Ankle was all taped up too and it felt fine while running, then better when I took it off. Still needs more time. I know with stability, carefulness and strengthening ill be ready. My eye is on that prize.
After getting back to Veale, went with the middle distance people to Lift. Rubin showed us the lift. It was tough right after running, I feel tired, though I dont think I was at the highest weight I could. Work out the kinks as the season goes on. I guess Coach wants me at mid distance to get ready for track. Back upstairs to do some ankle stuff (I hope to encorporate a bunch each day) then stretch, roll and L7. Jess Iced me up at the end. First long day at Veale. It was awesome!
