Weather: Amazing- almost 70 and wonderful
Comments:
Woo hoo! 28:51! Quite a bit faster and it felt great! I'm not going to shoot for that every day, but I think changing it up sometimes is suposed to be good for you. I'm just surprised that I could go that fast for that long!
