Comments:
Afternoon practice, out to the 2 mile mark on MLK and back for an easy 6. Felt pretty good, although it was warmer than yesterday and a little uncomfortable, but nothing too bad.
Hurdle drills for the first time, going to continue to do them to work on the hip flexibility I so desperately need. Bashed my knee on a hurdle and felt like Alyssa because of it.
