easy run to start practice off, idk how long it was but ill guess 3. lotsa hip work today, drills and hurdle drills and weird medicine ball stuff. it was good but obviously highlighted me problem areas. knee was good today tho on the whole. ice bath after felt great tho, i should do that often.
