Inspired by all the time-trialing yesterday, I decided to take a crack at a workout and some faster running. Today was a blast; it reminded me how much fun it is to crank out a few intervals on the track.

4 x 1200 workout with Chi-Chris' old group. Not many people showed up, hopefully some of the better guys will be there next week. Not too bad for running alone.

Felt good to open it up on the track a little.

Huge (like 4 minute) cooldowns after each interval.

Good workout and confidence booster. Excellent practice on running hard by myself. Actually, this whole summer has basically been that (running hard by myself).
