Cardio Room

Ellipticalled in the cardio room. I probably shouldnt double this week just because of the ankle. I would like to hit 50 though. I think I could do it in 6 days. Watched sports center so it wasnt that boring. Good old stretch, roll, L7 and then some intense abs today. Havnt done the bear in a while. Did some ankle stuff also, and I was feeling better. Still tender and tight at the extremes. Also, my forearms were really sore today, way worse than yesterday. I can barely bend my left arm...

Had our book discussion after practice. I am really glad to see that most people are on the same page on the things we talked about, and the fundamentals of this years team. Positive energy.
