Comments:
Ran MLK today to show the freshman where that was. Pretty big group. Ran out to the 7 mile tempo turn around and back. Felt decent. Met a kid who goes to John Hay and felt bad since he doesnt have a team. Good run though. Finished with a lap on Van Horn.
Hurdle hips, Static 3, roll, hips, pushups, pullups and dips
