Weather: indoors and then nice outside
Comments:
Felt just awesome today, warmed up extra for no reason in particular and then 1 800 at mile pace followed 2 minutes later by 4x200 with 2 minutes rest. 2:14 never felt easier, then 32, 31, 30, 29. 3.25 cooldown afterwords. Hopefully will feel this good for a while
