Sooo fucking humid this morning, made all of us feel like complete shit. Anyways over to the park the usual way than an easy run over the course until the bottom of indian trail where we stopped and went back up to do that one interval to the tree and back. Then 3 of the intervals where you start up the top of indian and come back up chesterfield when you come out then 2 intervals from the street to the backstop and back. Just some of my own little jogging around for recovery in between certain intervals as we relayed all of them.
