makimee 2nd run of day #3: church run!

to that 2nd church and back
unhappy in the group anthony put me in (Matt led a group of girls) so pretty early on i broke with my group and before i knew it i was right behind Darren's group (Marisa, scott, adam, and some army guy struggling in the back). or wait, maybe it was Zach's group? it was fun to have them right ahead of me on the way out - inspired me to keep a pace, and still felt like a solo run. felt great and had fun.
on the way back, they noticed that i'd been trailing them and they let me join their group (felt so awk...haha) still feeling good and nice to have some company at this point. then we started pushing the pace and the last 15minutes didn't feel as great and didn't feel as light and bouncy...i was afraid to be going this pace when i knew i had a work out the next morning.
the last 5 or so minutes after we got up that one hill and the cool down felt nice and i felt good again.
