Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
A3 3x1200 1x600. 3:58, 4:00, 4:04, 1:54. Worst 600 i've ever run in one of these workouts. that's okay, though. i'm in great aerobic shape but it's the legs that are behind from just doing base mileage all summer. typically it's the opposite for me, so this will be interesting. i'm feeling pretty good, right now and pretty healthy. stretch and ice bath after.
