Comments:
Warmed up on the lower loop and to the path just past the top of the hill and back on the last k or so. Some random drills and a couple of strides while the wedding was going on.

Didn't really have a time in mind, was just planning to race it. Went out kinda behind the front pack, through the mile in 5:30, relaxed up the hill. Caught up to Drew shortly after with a little help from David, and started to roll from there. Kept my eyes up on Aaron through most of the downhill part and caught him before the last big downhill and kept it up from there. Kicked most of the last straight. Happy with the time, especially since I ran much of this race alone and the course was pretty sloppy. Hips are pretty sore now, I need to stretch well as the day goes on.

Cooled down just over a mile barefoot with Drew.

Some stretching, 8x30 abs in a group.
