Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Eh, not such a good workout. Rolled ankle on the warmup which flared up the foot. Thought itd be ok until we started the pickups of 600, 300, 600, 900. I'm fine running through pain its just not too pleasant, and it was a very slow workout. I felt like I was going faster on my steady run yesterday for some parts than that last pickup. Iced for awhile after and planning on having a mellow water country usa. estimating time
