After getting back from the farm. Ended up not running much, then driving Megan back to school because she needed to be back at 10:30. Thea also decided to take it off, so we went on a bike workout in the cardio room when we got back to campus. Coach suggested 5 on 2 off. We did a 10 min warmup, then 5 on 2 off 4 times. I was working pretty hard. Got my HR up around 165 for the hard, I rarely do that on the bike. I was feeling good. and strong. I def feel in shape, but am I fast? Afterward, we walked back, then I did planks and L7 while chatting with Grogan. I would like to be able to "race" at Sudeck. I am still going to be smart at practice next week. First real test seems to be PSB.
