Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Early run! Went 40 minutes out and back with a majority of the girls then added on 28 minutes myself. Felt very very slow but I guess the goal was time and not pace. Picked it up quite a bit the last bit. Very sad last run/time at camp, so had to finish the run with 2 laps around the field. I felt like I could go on for awhile longer but figured dont want to push luck with the foot too too much.It feels quite good especially after this run, still pretty swollen but thatll go down. Somewhat solid week I think other than thursdays workout! So excited for this season!
