everything on the track..15 minute warmup
1 mile of fast on the straights and recover on the curves...400 meter recovery..then fast on the curves and recover on the straights...12 minute cooldown... the me and Ryanne went out to spring bank for 20 minutes..the girls are ready for Saturday.. i expect Maddawg and Syd to both run well.
