Comments:
SLOW, LONG run w/LB and Hannah. Tired from the weekend (and yesterday's long w/Matt). Knees bothered me within the first 5 miles and only got worse. Bummer.

Pace was very slow, which made it worse - hard to get the seemingly requisite ROM through my ankles/knees going 10-12min pace. Eek. Overall, it was a good, hard long run, though. But I feel I'm gonna be "out" for a bit because of it.

Long day: 12hrs between to/from LB's house. &hrs of feet time (about 6+ of pure running).
