Ridgeline from Matt's

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Up early to do the long run with Matt. Started easy, and kept it easy on the climb up Ridgeline and along the trail - easier than 2 wk ago, which was nice. I was tired, but otherwise felt good. Don't recall any knee soreness on the run. Ran through campus on the way back and hit 18 even right in front of the house.

Super-tired the rest of the day, but I did manage to get my WS thank yous done, finally.
