met at YCP this evening for practice...
15 minute warmup...give me 5 workout
4 x 5minutes at 6:00 pace or so covering 1300 meters in the front group to 900 or so in the back. 2 min. recovery walks and 1 minute jog in between each. after the 3rd one we took water and then completed the 4th.. using the outer loop. 2K cooldown.. very solid workout today. the girls are gaining confidence daily.
