had to start work-out early and do it on my own cauz had to leave at 5pm to get to doctor
took 8 and a half min to get to ced. (i guess it was about a mile?)
while i often enjoy runs by my lonesome, i sometimes now find it tough for work-outs, especially after having so much help getting thru em from my teammates last week. doing it on my own is less stressful, but i also didn't go as quickly. but i think i was pretty strong. i only stopped once (before my first hill i stopped to tie my shoe. i got thru three hills in about 15min (including the slow recovery around the block (downhill). i progressively got stronger. i'm sure if i kept going, my 4th would be even faster. if i'd had time, i would have done striders. it only took my like a minute to get up the hill, so it really wasn't so bad (or maybe it took me less? i dunno).
not such a bad workout. i know this sounds crazy coming from me, but i kinda wish i'd done it with the rest of the team so i coulda gotten a better work out out of it. i did end up doing a forth hill on the way back to school (went tempo up that much longer but less steep hill on the way back).
then, on the run back to school, i got lost - but i figured it out. not a big deal. i think this was good for me. now if anyone says cedwick (sp???) i can get there - and for that matter, i don't have to worry about getting lost on the way back from AU anymore.
