great workout. 18, 16, 14, 6, and I did it in 6:15, 5:25, 4:41, 1:41. Surprised the speed was there at the end. Felt really relaxed on that 600, which was really surprising given how tired I felt on the middle two intervals. 30s between first 3 and ~1:10 or so before the last one so that Neil and Kevin could get their full minute and go with us. Great workout by everyone.
