Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
This went pretty well. The course was muddy and my legs were tired, but I ran okay. Mentally still bitched out a little but I know what I have to work on there. Physically, I'm glad to be running tired now because it means I will run better later. Long cooldown with a group including Chris Kelly, Steve, Dave Dixon, Ethan and Peter.
