Comments:
Ran the first tempo of the year on MLK as usual. Only four miles this time around but they went well. I was under 6 for the first two but lost track of my pace when I turned around and slowed down a bit. Did what I could to pull Alex Razavi and Caleb along with me until they dropped at mile three. On the whole, much better than last year. The 300's were harder than I expected but not brutal.
Lift: Week 2 Day 2 (without jerk)
Abs: 50x double leg raises
PT: Everyday stuff (30ea x one leg bridge, 30ea x extensor lifts)
Stretch, Ice bath (11 to the max)
