GREAT RUN TODAY. Probably the best of '09.

DIETEED from running at lunch due to being too busy, so I went after work. I did some foam rolling and stretching of the quads beforehand, and I think that helped. My patellar tendon felt sore early, then got much better.

Rolled across the river and up to Pre's Rock, where I did 2 x Birch St hill. Pretty slow, but I focused on form and I was pain-free! WOW. Even better, I was pain-FREEER on the way home, which was a far cry from last week's "hill workout" attempt. Pretty awesome. Jeff might be right: I'll be "97%" in less than 2 weeks.

Did drills and some plyos after the run but I was TIRED.
