Biked to anytime after work. Legs actually didn't feel too awful after yesterday's long ride. If anything, my biggest complaint was medial knee pain!
Lifted, then came home. More knee pain. Turns out, I think I'm overdoing it on my L downstroke, which is causing my knee to hyperextend. Once I focused a bit more on L upstroke, the pain ceased. Lesson learned...
