Comments:
Ran at lunch today. Went much better than M or T, with very little knee pain to speak of. Felt pretty clunky, though, from the biking and being out of shape.

Following work I headed out once more, since I didn't do circuits or drills, I figured I'd tack one on for warm-up. Knee was substantially sore, so I turned 'round and stopped at 8min.

Did drills on the way home, then plyos. Circuits, too.
