Weather: lower 80s, perfect

Comments:
was dreadfully slow till we got to cactus cantina. perhaps i'm exaggerated a tad - i suppose. i tried to stay back, not be a pace-pusher, and just join in on conversation. but that pace was just too annoyingly slow, so i eventually just began easing into a faster pace (still trying to hold myself back).
after that, it was just me, marisa, leah, and anthony. it was quite delightful. anthony told us stories, the pace was nice, and the weather perfect. what else could i ask for?

did crunch progression and push-ups, as well as leg strengthening and clams. think i stretched pretty well today - better than yesterday anyway.
