Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Lovely run today! Very very relaxed until Cactus Cantina then went with Marisa, Katherine and Anthony down Wisconsin to Mass then to Western back Wisconsin. Pace felt lovely when we picked it up, loving the steady runs, and especially with lots of stories. Wasn't a grudgingly easy day either which made it even nicer. Kicked one of the welts pretty hard coming up Mass to westmorland so felt that quite a bit coming back and thought I was holding people up. I'm still having trouble in my head with really taking it down a notch on easy runs and whatnot, so still need to take something down a gear. Hopefully will have time to get out tomorrow, either in the morning or at night after Emory. Also loving the group name!
