Got out on my run late. Kinda had a shitshow in 290, and I was frustrated. This was an angry run in the beginning. Went down and got taped, and decided the best way to cool off was to go alone on one of my favorite routes. Felt sluggish in the beginning, ankles were fine. My toe was sore in the beginning, but I think I tied up my shoe wrong. I wanted to go longer I guess, but this was just a late run alone. I cant complain I guess I felt kinda good. Im gonna double tomorrow, a few in the morning with Chris. With a nice long run, I will start getting back up to the high 50s.

GOt back and stretched, planks rolling and L7 with a bunch of people still at Veale. We were there a long time... Ankle stuff and ice bath later. The ankles are feeling much better, but I am still patient. Another workout tomorrow :). Pumped for Suedeck too.
