Comments:
2 mile warm-up, strides and dynamic stretching, 4x1 mile repeats with 1 min recovery in between at LT pace (start at 6:28 and descend). Felt good but probably started too fast on the first and descended a lot for the first 3. Still getting over a cold, so breathing was difficult on 3 and 4. 2 mile cool-down and strides
