Comments:
12 x 400 (3 sets of 4x400)in 66-70...most seemed to be around 68, I'll get splits later. Ran with the grad students/professors, but I basically ran the workout alone until Vaughn showed up because Leanne was doing a workout at the track. He did 3 or 4 of them with me and basically ran in lane 2 right next to me the whole way. It definitely helped.
The rest was about 1 minute b/w 400s and about 2 between sets.
Looking back at the workout that I did the week before indoor conference, where I ran 6x400 in 62-65 w/ 1 minute rest, I can't help but think I'm in as good, if not better shape now. Its really weird. Should make for a good race this weekend and a "Great Race" at the end of September.
