Coach asked me to go with Mike after asking me how I was feeling and I told her my legs were feeling pretty trashed.
Did 3 laps on Van Horn then Moen to warm up, then 10 minutes up to NP through the Meadow. Mike and I were doing 8x 1 minute on 1 off. Made it around the lower lake and halfway to N. Woodland again in that time, including the fastest I've ever climbed the hill on NP. Cooled down straight back from there. This felt easy, and it should have, but it was still nice to feel good about it.
Got back and did the day 2 lift, then static 3 and Ibis before rolling and getting in the ice bath.
