Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran the workout early with the top group of men which was legit. I was happy to get out early and be able to ice bath and stuff like I wanted.
5 min on Van Horn then straight into Moen drills which was a nice new mix. From there straight into the warmup. CoachL was trying to eliminate the standing around before and during workouts.
After the WU went right into the intervals: 1-2-3-4-4-3-2-1. The rest was 1:30 after the first interval and then 2:30 after all the others. CoachL also told us to keep the rest intervals semi decent.
Felt pretty strong during the workout. Especially during the 4 min efforts. And I felt like the rest pace was where it should be.
Everyone in our group had a solid workout pretty much.
Cooldown a couple miles back after getting water from Barnes and then another mile on Van Horn barefoot with E-Town.
