I felt and looked pretty terrible today. My hamstrings were extremely tight before the workout and they only got worse through the fartlek intervals. I also managed to not drink anything all day.... yeah, real smart. I was setting myself up for a disastrous workout. It's just one bad day. I'll recovery and be fine.
