Steamy Fartlek - It Comes down to a choice.

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
A 1, 2, 3, 4, 4, 3, 2, 1, minutes interval fartlek with CKells, Dixon, CWade, Pete, and Aaron - who are all by the way awesome for agreeing to go with me for an early practice at 4PM. We ran the intervals up around the first lake area and a bit by the second lake mostly. I felt ok, but on the 4s was starting to slow down to much, I made a choice to man-up, and then I ran with Peter and Dixon on the remaining intervals. I am happy because I think my speed is coming along a bit, little by little.

Good workout in the end. I need to keep working on my mentality...and stay in the present during a run, instead of thinking about what is to come.

RHR: 56 (Once I was up and around)

Stretching, Rolling, Hips after.

Then, abs, push-ups, and gluteal strength before bed.
