Comments:
Today was my day off. I guess Ill get into the rut of Thursday rest and Sunday long. I dont think It should be too bad. Just swam for 20 min straight, 4 strokes per breath. It got me pretty tired its harder than it sounds. I would like to make it up to 5 or 6 sometime. Ankles got weak by the end.
Did a lot of self care upstairs. Ankles, stretching, rolling, L7 and abs while Phil sat around. Felt good after stretching out. It was hot out today too. Would have been a crappy run.
