Weather: Muggy low 80s
Comments:
Ran a moderate 5 and then added a mile in around Van Horn barefoot. Felt pretty good. Hamstrings weren't as tight. My body does feel a bit uneven though. My right foot strike feels a little off... probably because my right ankle/foot has been feeling funny/sore.
