Fartlek bust

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Mid 80's

Comments:
Triple threat: I was dehydrated (lesson learned), it was hot out (just have to fight through that), and I'd eaten too much too close to this workout to run it properly (second lesson relearned). Ran most of this with Jeff, some with Alex Flick. Couldn't breathe and just generally felt sluggish, except on the last interval. I will not run like this for workouts. I will be ready to go when practice comes, and more importantly, on race day.

Lift: Week 2 Day 2 minus step-ups
Abs: 100 high crunches, 50 each side
PT: Everyday stuff plus lunges from lift
Sleep: 6 hrs
