Revisiting Bad Times

Comments:
I was looking through some of my logs from last February. In them I consistently remarked that I was tired and that my knee hurt. I think that highlights two issues pretty well, sleep, and core/PT work. If I want to keep myself healthy and running I have to make sure I get good recovery and watch my knee when I work out.
