Exercise Type: Weights

Comments:
hampstrings, quads, exc ball, 5lbs each for arm swings and calf raises, 15lbs for triceps and those arm lifts john showed us, front and back cruch things on that cruch thingy, squat machine, leg lifts for my core, ankle/calf machine...
over did bicepts? well, think i was fine, just did too much on my right arm (hate feeling uneaven).
