Exercise Type: Run
Weather: barely 80, cloudy (started raining literally the 2nd i got in the car after the run)
Comments:
considering i had a sleepover last night, i actually got a fair amount of sleep. i also got up at 9, made omelets, and was out of the house before 10:30, so i feel pretty awake despite my wobbly drunk walk...
started at booeymonger, headed towards bethesday and ran thru summerset, then on the crescent trail for a couple miles, and looped back around to wisconsin by getting off the trail at the mini bridge right before the big hill bridge over River rd.
steady pace, i think it was actually a pretty light pace, was talking the entire time (sorry marisa) - comes with the no sleep territory. felt good - my right bicept is still a little sore (i always over-do my right bicept in the weight room and i hate being lop-sided!)
ended back at gds. drank an entire water bottle. actually stretched a bit.
took at hot bath so my muscles are feeling good.
was going to do crunches and leg strengthening but i forgot by the time i was in the shower...hopefully i'll remember to do it tonight.
