Comments:
Ran around 3pm with Brandon. Just a shorter run after this morning. He was going 5 so I did that and then added an extra mile around Van Horn before strides. Had a good talk about the team and depth and stuff. Felt really relaxed running. It was nice to run 2 miles on the field bear foot too.
